These strong, simple and functional machines are the ideal solution for the production of small, medium and large runs of cores, using the "shell" process. They do not require foundations and are designed to ensure high quality production, working safety, silent operation and easy maintenance. The fold-down core ejection device complete with conveyor belt for easy core removal allows for a fully automatic repetitive cycle. Primafond can construct fixed machines with sand shooting from the top or side.
